When open, Sauna Smarty 2.0 measures 200 x 80 cm, with a height of 45 cm.
When closed it takes up about 90 x 77 x 45 cm (one dome fits inside the other, with the mat folded inside).
With its emission of far infrared rays and negative ions, and thanks to tourmaline, germanium and jade, Sauna Smarty 2.0 encourages a deep state of wellbeing, relaxes the mind and improves physical condition by stimulating the body’s natural healing ability.
Specific protocols are used for cellulite, weight loss and detox treatments. Using Sauna Smarty together with mud wraps, essential oils and massage oils optimises the result. It also has a beneficial effect on inflammatory states of the body, and of the joints in particular.
Regular use of the sauna allows:
